3. TVA et prix
TVA non applicable, article 293 B du code général des impôts. BoutchSoftware bénéficie de la franchise en base de TVA et ne facture donc pas de TVA.
Pour les achats effectués dans une application, Google est le vendeur : il détermine, facture et reverse la TVA applicable dans le pays de l'utilisateur. Le prix affiché par Google Play avant l'achat est un prix toutes taxes comprises, exprimé dans la devise locale.
4. Achats, remboursements et rétractation
Les fonctionnalités payantes sont vendues sous forme d'achat unique — ni abonnement, ni reconduction, ni prélèvement récurrent. Le contrat d'achat et de paiement est conclu entre l'utilisateur et Google Commerce Limited, qui traite à ce titre la facturation, les remboursements et le droit de rétractation applicable aux contenus numériques.
BoutchSoftware reste responsable, en sa qualité d'éditeur, du fonctionnement de l'application, de sa conformité au contrat, du support utilisateur et des informations publiées à son sujet.
5. Médiation de la consommation
En cas de litige non résolu par un contact préalable écrit avec BoutchSoftware, l'utilisateur peut saisir gratuitement le médiateur de la consommation suivant :

Le recours à la médiation ne prive pas l'utilisateur de son droit de saisir les juridictions compétentes. Avant toute saisine, l'utilisateur doit avoir tenté de résoudre le litige par une réclamation écrite adressée à boutchsoftware@gmail.com : la médiation n'est recevable qu'à cette condition (article L.612-2 du Code de la consommation).
6. Propriété intellectuelle
Les applications, leur code, leurs textes, leurs interfaces et leurs éléments graphiques sont la propriété de BoutchSoftware et sont protégés par le droit d'auteur. Les composants tiers utilisés et leurs licences respectives sont recensés dans les mentions publiées avec chaque application.
7. Données personnelles
Chaque application dispose de sa propre politique de confidentialité, accessible depuis l'application et depuis ce site. Les applications de BoutchSoftware fonctionnent sans compte utilisateur, sans publicité et sans outil de suivi ; les données saisies restent sur l'appareil, sauf indication contraire de la politique concernée.

The apps are distributed through Google Play, operated in the European Economic Area by Google Commerce Limited and Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.
3. VAT and prices
VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code. BoutchSoftware benefits from the French small-business VAT exemption and therefore does not charge VAT.
For in-app purchases, Google is the seller: it determines, charges and remits the VAT applicable in the user's country. The price shown by Google Play before purchase includes all taxes and is expressed in the local currency.
4. Purchases, refunds and withdrawal
Paid features are sold as a one-time purchase — no subscription, no renewal, no recurring charge. The purchase and payment contract is concluded between the user and Google Commerce Limited, which handles billing, refunds and the right of withdrawal applicable to digital content.
As the publisher, BoutchSoftware remains responsible for the operation of the app, its conformity with the contract, user support, and the information published about it.
5. Consumer mediation
Should a dispute remain unresolved after a written request to BoutchSoftware, the user may refer the matter free of charge to the following consumer mediator:

Referring the dispute to mediation does not deprive the user of the right to bring the matter before the competent courts. Before referring a dispute to the mediator, the user must first have attempted to resolve it through a written complaint sent to boutchsoftware@gmail.com: mediation is admissible only on that condition (Article L.612-2 of the French Consumer Code).
6. Intellectual property
The apps, their code, texts, interfaces and graphic elements are the property of BoutchSoftware and are protected by copyright. Third-party components and their respective licences are listed in the notices published with each app.
7. Personal data
Each app has its own privacy policy, available from within the app and from this website. BoutchSoftware apps work without a user account, without advertising and without tracking tools; data entered stays on the device unless the relevant policy states otherwise.
